Question that Will Free Your Mind

These questions have no right or wrong answers. Because sometimes asking the right questions is the answer. How old would you be if you didn’t know how old you are? Which is worse, failing or never trying? If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don’t like and like so many things we don’t do? When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done? What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world? If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing? If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently? To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken? Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things? You’re having lunch with three people you respect and admire.  They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she is your friend.

10 Reasons You Are Rich

Even in times of financial uncertainty, it’s always important to keep things in perspective. Wealth is the ability to fully experience life. - Henry David Thoreau You didn’t go to sleep hungry last night. You didn’t go to sleep outside. You had a choice of what clothes to wear this morning. You hardly broke a sweat today. You didn’t spend a minute in fear. You have access to clean drinking water. You have access to medical care. You have access to the Internet. You can read. You have the right to vote. Some might say you are rich, so remember to be grateful for all the things you do have. Best Regards, xox

Everything Goes Wrong? Just Remember This 8 Things

“The best way out is always through.” ―Robert Frost I t’s still there today, and it continues to remind me that there is always, always, always something to be thankful for.  And that no matter how good or bad I have it, I must wake up each day thankful for my life, because someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs. T ruth be told, happiness is not the absence of problems, but the ability to deal with them.  Imagine all the wondrous things your mind might embrace if it weren’t wrapped so tightly around your struggles.  Always look at what you have, instead of what you have lost.  Because it’s not what the world takes away from you that counts; it’s what you do with what you have left. H ere are a few reminders to help motivate you when you need it most: 1.  Pain is part of growing. Sometimes life closes doors because it’s time to move forward.  And that’s a good thing because we often won’t move unless circumstances force us to.  When times are tough, remind

10 Simple Truths Smart People Forget

Some of the smartest people I know continuously struggle to get ahead because they forget to address a few simple truths that collectively govern our potential to make progress. Y es. In this occasion, I'd like to post 10 Simple Truths Smart People Forget.  Well, I know that I am not even too smart to explain this. But, I just can add 'credit' in this post :p Yup. This post is inspirated by Marc and Angel on their book(?). Too many lesson there. But I'll try share it to anyone that interested with them. Ah, I almost forget that I should finish this 'original' post. So, here we go . #1 – Education and intelligence accomplish nothing without action. It doesn’t matter if you have a genius IQ and a PhD in Quantum Physics, you can’t change anything or make any sort of real-world progress without taking action.  There’s a huge difference between knowing how to do something and actually doing it.  Knowledge and intelligence are both useless without action.  It

4 Powerful Truths You Should Know

Okay. This time, I'd like to post 4 Powerful Truths You Should Know. Nah, in this post, I'd like to inform you that this post belongs to Marc and Angel. I am  copy -ing this with some-unimportant modified lol. So, let's begin with : I know you’re reading this and I want you to know this video is for you. 1. You have many reasons to smile. I want you to know that life is not always easy.  Every day can be an unpredictable challenge.  Some days it can be difficult just to get out of bed in the morning, to face reality and put on that smile.  But I want you to know that your smile has kept Angel and I going on more days than I can count.  Never forget that, even when times get tough, as they sometimes will, you are incredible, you really are. So please smile more often.  You have so many reasons to.  Time and time again, our reason is you. 2.  We are all in this together. You won’t always be perfect and neither will we.  Because nobody is perfect, and  nobody d

Toxic People? Oh, please.

S urviving the ups, downs, and lightning storms of other people’s moodiness can be quite a challenge.  It’s important, though, to remember that some moody, negative people may be going through a difficult stage in their lives.  They may be ill, chronically worried, or lacking what they need in terms of love and emotional support.  Such people need to be listened to, supported, and cared for (although whatever the cause of their moodiness and negativity, you may still need to protect yourself from their behavior at times). B ut there’s another type of moody, negative behavior: that of the toxic bully, who will use his or her mood swings to intimidate and manipulate.  It’s this aspect of moodiness that inflicts enduring abuse and misery.  If you observe these people closely, you will notice that their attitude is overly self-referential.  Their relationships are prioritized according to how each one can be used to meet their selfish needs.  This is the kind of toxic behavior I want to

Little Habbits That Steal Your Happiness

You ultimately become what you repeatedly do.  If your habits aren’t helping you, they’re hurting you. 1. Focusing on everyone’s story except your own. Don’t be so satisfied with the success stories of others and how things have gone for them that you forget to write your own.  Unfold your own tale and bring it to life.  You have everything you need to become what you are capable of becoming.  Incredible change happens when you decide to take control.  This means  consuming less and creating more .  It means refusing to let others do your thinking, talking, and deciding for you.  It means learning to respect and use your own ideas and instincts to write your passage. If you want your life story to soar to new heights, you’ve got to clear a path, reduce the time-sinks and burdens weighing you down, and pick up the things that give you wings.  Keep your best wishes and your biggest goals close to your heart and dedicate time to them every day.  If you truly care about what you d

30 Things to Stop Doing to Yourself

When you stop chasing the wrong things you give the right things a chance to catch you.   Nothing could be closer to the truth. Stop spending time with the wrong people.  – Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you.  If someone wants you in their life, they’ll make room for you.  You shouldn’t have to fight for a spot.  Never, ever insist yourself to someone who continuously overlooks your worth.  And remember, it’s not the people that stand by your side when you’re at your best, but the ones who stand beside you when you’re at your worst that are your true friends. Stop running from your problems.  – Face them head on.  No, it won’t be easy.  There is no person in the world capable of flawlessly handling every punch thrown at them.  We aren’t supposed to be able to instantly solve problems.  That’s not how we’re made.  In fact, we’re made to get upset, sad, hurt, stumble and fall.  Because that’s the whole purpose of living – to face problems
